NYU Core Final Environmental Impact Statement

Note that Appendix I contains Responses to Comments Received on the NYU Core Draft Scope of Work and Appendix J includes Written Comments Received on the NYU Core Draft Scope of Work and the Draft Environmental Impact Statement.

On May 25, 2012, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the NYU Core project.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Written comments on the DEIS were requested and were accepted by the Lead Agency until Monday, May 7, 2012. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
